Default is pick-up and return at the RNR BIGBIKES RENTAL shop in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. On request, delivery can be arranged depending on the distance from the shop, with additional charges for:

A ₱1,000 reservation fee per motorbike per 24 hours is required to secure a booking. The reservation fee is deductible from the total rental fee upon pick-up of the motorbike. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received. Slots are first-come, first-served.
The security deposit is 100% refundable upon return of the unit. A lower deposit applies if you present a passport.

Charges apply for distance and time used beyond your agreed allowance:

Example: a 500cc unit ridden 30km and 2 hours over the allowance = (30 × ₱20) + (2 × ₱150) = ₱900.
Full tank on pick-up, full tank on return. Please return the unit with the same fuel level it left with.
Helmet rental requires full payment in advance.

All payments — reservation fee, partial, and full payments — are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the renter cancels for any reason, no refunds will be issued, including reservation fees, full or partial payments, and helmet rental payments.
Failure to pick up the motorbike on the agreed date and time will be treated as a cancellation, and all payments will be forfeited.
By making a reservation and submitting payment, the renter agrees to all terms stated in this policy and to the rental contract signed at pick-up.
